ONLINE COURSES & GROUP COACHING
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Once you have registered and submitted payment, refunds will not be available. If you are unable to participate in the programme prior to the start date please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative options.
PAYMENT PLANS
When payment plans are available, payments are taken online and are offered at the time of registration only.
USE OF PROGRAMME/COURSE CONTENT
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify, copy or share the materials;
You are not permitted to use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
You are not permitted to remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
Doing so may result in a 'Cease and Desist' letter from a legal representative.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Any personal information submitted by you will be kept confidential. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWING
The degree of benefit obtainable from any group coaching programme, membership or course may vary between participants.
Whilst these have been created to teach, train, and support your personal growth and training needs, I cannot do it for you. Only you can make this happen for you.
THE PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
You are responsible for attending all online coaching sessions where applicable, and completing the tasks provided.
A reliable WiFi connection is required for any online sessions.
PARTICIPANT REMOVAL: We reserve the right to remove any participant from the group program at any time, without providing a refund. This decision may be made at the sole discretion of Karen Ward and may be based on factors including, but not limited to, violation of community guidelines, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with program requirements. Participants who are removed from the program will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Payments are automatically taken on a monthly basis as subscription.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel at any time.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Your membership fee will be fixed at the monthly fee you subscribe to for the lifetime of your subscription. Should you cancel and rejoin, the new current membership fee will apply.

1:1 Coaching
Karen will go through these terms of business with you in the first consultation together, please speak with us if there is anything you would like clarified.
In your first session we will discuss and agree the support you require during your coaching sessions, working together we will review the progress and aims as we go along.
PAYMENT
Payments are made via an online payment system.
CANCELLATIONS
Sometimes life (and work) gets in the way, we will try to be as flexible and as accommodating as possible. Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your session. Non-attendance of a session will be a session that is lost.
If you do need to cancel an appointment please let Karen know at the earliest convenience so we can reschedule your appointment. You can do this by emailing: [email protected]
It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection for consultations via Zoom. Sessions that are unable to connect will not be refunded. There are no additional charges for phone consultations to a UK landline or mobile number.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The confidentiality of all of our clients is treated seriously at Karen Ward Coaching. There are however, some limits and exceptions to confidentiality.

Should Karen need to log into your clinic software tools for the purpose of training, this will be done only with your consent, and as part of your development. Once your coaching programme is completed, any log in details will be deleted and you are encouraged you change your passwords.
Your coach may screen share their own software and tools with you for the purpose of training and software demonstrations.
In this scenario, you are required to adhere to GDPR guidelines and be respectful of the data that is being shared with you that is for the purpose of training only. You are not permitted to record any shared screens in this scenario.
COMPLAINTS & CONCERNS
If you have any concerns or problems with the service provided, you may raise this in your sessions with Karen or by emailing [email protected] who will support you in finding a resolution.
CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The degree of benefit obtainable from coaching may vary between clients with similar business goals and following a similar coaching programme.

Business advice will be tailored to support your personal business goals and/or business concerns identified and agreed between both parties.

Karen may recommend affiliated software tools and/or marketing tools as part of your coaching programme and may receive a commission on these products or services and in most cases both parties receive a mutual benefit. Karen will never recommend a tool, product or service, that she is not using or hasn't used in her own successful practice.

Standards of professional practice in nutritional therapy are governed by the CNHC Code of Conduct. We will adhere to these guidelines should we need to discuss specific cases in your practice.
THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING

You (the client) are responsible for your business and accounts.

It is important that you tell Karen about any challenges or external factors that may affect the coaching programme.

If you are unclear about the agreed coaching programme you should contact Karen promptly for clarification.

Coaching programmes are a minimum of 12 weeks and any extension to the programme can be discussed at any time.

Recording sessions using any form of electronic media is not permitted without the consent of both parties.
