Here's my story
I was a trainer, business coach and consultant in the corporate world for many years before I became a Nutritional Therapist.Â
In 2016 I left the industry I once loved, escaping the 14-hour days, endless mileage and increasingly toxic workplaces. I set out to achieve my vision of working fewer hours, being my own boss, whilst doing something rewarding and fulfilling - but without the pay cut.Â
Fast forward to 2018, armed with my nutrition diploma, I set out to become my own boss. I dreamed of working part-time hours, helping people live healthier lives, with plenty of holiday allowance, and enough income to live a comfortable and stress-free life.
Those first few months were definitely a wake up call!
My first client, an elderly lady, brought me £77.50 income. My only income in one month. I knew I wasn’t going to make it unless I made some changes to how I price my services, how I communicate them and how I deliver them.
So that’s what I did.Â

Within 5 months I was earning 3-5k a month.
My busy practice has no doubt benefitted from my previous experience in marketing, client-focused business processes and everything in between. But it wasn’t long before I started to notice that many other students who qualified just weren’t making it out of the starting blocks.Â
So many of my fellow students either tried and gave up quickly or, in most cases, didn’t know where to start.
Fear can be paralysing. Fear of failing, fear of being judged, not knowing enough, getting it wrong, being criticised and fear of not making enough money.
This is why I business coach Nutritional Therapists and other wellness practitioners.
Nothing makes me sadder than seeing the wasted potential of people who could really make a difference in this world.
We all deserve success and to achieve our dreams. And the world deserves our knowledge, skill and caring.

To level-up our industry by giving nutritionists the best chance possible to create a business that they love, while making a sustainable income, supporting people that need them.

I'm different to other coaches. You'll never get watered down advice, or a generic solution for a challenge that exists in your business world. There's no pushy sales vibes here, and no unrealistic 'Six Figure' promises. Here are my top 3 talked about points of view:
- No niche, no problem. If deciding on your niche is holding you back from getting going - let me reassure you, that you don't need a niche to have a successful practice.Â
- The college trained model of Initial + Follow up doesn't work. To achieve a sustainable income - without burnout - this business model has to go. Profitable packages is the solution.
- People buy transformations, not information. Focusing on the problems people are struggling with is magnetic marketing gold. When you can confidently offer your services as the solution, then you've cracked the code!
