The Cure for Procrastination

Procrastination. We all do it..
Avoiding tasks we find difficult, unpleasant or just plain boring 🥴
We choose every other household chore (or in my case stare at the wall) instead of doing what it is we absolutely need to do, but can’t do, because we can’t get our head in the space that’s needed to get it done! 😅
So what’s the cure??
Here are some ideas to increase your productivity 👇🏼👇🏼
👉🏻 get organised and plan your week
👉🏻 set goals and set deadlines
👉🏻 tell an accountability friend what you’re working on this week
👉🏻 identify what time of day you are most productive and take advantage of that
👉🏻 change your work setting to somewhere different or inspiring, a coffee shop maybe? A library?
👉🏻 schedule a power hour with NO distractions
👉🏻 do the hardest task first
👉🏻 focus on why you’re doing it, and how you’ll feel once it’s done
👉🏻 reward yourself for getting a difficult task done
