AFFILIATE TERMS (THE DETAIL)

Welcome to the PSF Affiliate/Referral Scheme!

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the affiliate/referral program, where members can refer friends to our online course and earn commission. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Only practitioners that have participated, or are currently active inside the PSF can participate in the referral programme.
2. Practitioners outside of the PSF cannot create a referral link or discount code.
3. Referral discounts and commissions are applicable to the Practitioner Success Formula Course only

Definitions:

Affiliate/Referrer: This is you, once you have registered for the referral programme

Referral: A friend or new member that has joined the PSF using your referral link.

Commission: 10% commission will be paid to the affiliate/referrer on a monthly basis

Discount: 10% discount will be deducted at check out for the referral (new member)

How to Join:

Step 1. Click on this link or any of the buttons below to become an affiliate.

Step 2. Create your account, and copy and save your unique link

Step 3. In your affiliate account you will see your 'coupon code' (this is your first name and maybe some numbers after it)

Step 4. Share your link and your coupon code with your friends and network.

Tracking Referrals:

Referrals are tracked inside your affiliate dashboard. Once you have created your account you can log in at any time using this link

Commission Structure

A 10% commission rate will be paid to the referrer monthly for each referral that joins the PSF.

If the referral cancels within 7 days of joining, and a full refund is processed, this referral will be void of any commission payments.

Payment Terms:

Commissions are paid monthly by PayPal on the last Friday of each month. Please make sure you use your PayPal email address when creating your affiliate account. If you don't have PayPal, please contact me asap at [email protected]

If a referral joins within 7 days of the last day of each month, this commission payment will roll over to the next month. (Just incase they request a refund within 7 days of joining)

Commissions are tracked with your referral link, discounts are applied with your coupon code.

PSF Payment Plans and Commission Payouts:

Payment Plans are available for the PSF.  When a referral selects the payment plan option, you will receive commission on the instalment payments only. If a member defaults on a payment plan, you will not receive commission payouts on instalments not fulfilled.

Promoting the PSF:

You can promote the PSF on your website, social media accounts, personal networks, professional networks, inside Facebook groups, and WhatsApp groups.

Ethical Conduct:

Please be mindful that some public forums have group rules and as an affiliate you must be respectful and not engage in spam or promote misleading information.

Affiliates must not engage in any form of spam or unsolicited commercial communication.

Affiliates must not misrepresent the online course or make false claims about its benefits.

Affiliates should promote the course in a manner consistent with our brand values and ethical guidelines

Termination of your account:

You can stop being an affiliate any time, please just contact me or simply stop sharing your link.

I reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account with good reason, such as a breach of the PSF community guidelines and PSF terms and conditions and/or the affiliate terms..

Commission Disputes & Problem Resolution:

In the event that you have a query about your commission please contact me immediately at [email protected] so I can resolve this swiftly for you.

Changes to Terms:

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, commission structure, PSF pricing, course bonus inclusions and will always keep you informed by email of any changes.

Continued participation in the scheme after changes are communicated, implies acceptance of the new terms.

Disclaimer: Karen Ward Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate/referral program.

Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karen Ward Coaching from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the scheme.

No Guarantee:

Karen Ward coaching does not guarantee any specific results or earnings from participation in the program.

Severability:

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
